Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to profitably generate leads and build our brands. This role will oversee a small team that includes graphic design, event and partnership marketing, and digital marketing. This is a full time in-person position based in Seattle.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a comprehensive marketing budget, covering digital, event-based, and programmatic marketing efforts
  • Plan integrated marketing campaigns for evergreen lead generation initiatives and seasonal campaigns
  • Oversee the company website, planning new content to drive organic traffic through search and generate leads
  • Work with the team to make sure all in person marketing events generate the greatest amount of publicity and leads possible
  • Work with the Director of Sales to optimize the CRM in alignment with sales processes
  • Oversee the launches of new venues and other initiatives through all marketing channels
  • Negotiate and manage key marketing vendor relationships, including the CRM and programmatic marketing contracts

 

Qualifications:

 

  • High energy marketing professional with an interest in events and hospitality
  • Growth mindset with an ability to quickly learn and adjust
  • Strong understanding of end to end marketing funnels
  • Ability to organize and lead a small team
  • Comfortable working with project management tools
  • Solid digital marketing background, including paid media, web, and email marketing
  • Ability to work rapidly and prioritize competing demands
  • Strong copywriting skills
