Marketing Manager, Recruiting

Our client is seeking a talented Marketing Manager, Recruiting to help increase awareness and engagement amongst potential new-hire candidates. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Communications and is responsible for strategically positioning the company’s unique culture and generating demand for open positions. This role works cross-functionally with the entire organization to tell team and people-specific stories that drive a diverse pool of new hire candidates. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Marketing programs that increase velocity and throughput of candidates in the recruiting and new-hire process, from driving awareness to onboarding
  • Promote company culture through a variety of communication channels (company website, medium, social media, advertising, email) and mediums (content, nurture campaigns, video, and more)
  • Produce and manage a best-in-class “Careers” webpage, social media job postings, and job descriptions that increases exposure and consistency across channels
  • Produce and manage the company medium channel to promote culture, employees, and executive thought leadership
  • Partner with internal Recruiting to develop and deliver an email marketing and social recruiting strategy
  • Partner with the internal Recruiting team to create reporting mechanisms that capture candidate diversity, volume, velocity, etc. and drive meaningful improvements over time
  • Partner with Demand Generation and other marketing teams to develop and execute awareness and engagement marketing campaigns targeted at potential new hires
  • Partner with HR to internally drive awareness of open job postings to current employees
  • Host Recruiting events that engage potential new hires in respective communities (live and digitally)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of increasing responsibility in marketing roles
  • Ideally have recruitment marketing experience
  • Excellent creative, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate a company’s culture, brand, and personal growth opportunity to external audiences
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that drive results
  • Possesses a high sense of urgency and a strong desire for excellence
  • Proven success in marketing roles requiring extensive interaction working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, English Literature, or similar field, with advanced degree preferred (e.g. MBA, MA)
